What we collect. If you sign up for the Thursday email, we collect your email address. If you submit a spot, we collect what you put in the form, which may include your name and email if you choose to share them. Our hosting and analytics providers may log basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location. We don't use it to identify you personally.

How we use it. To send the newsletter you asked for, to review and publish submitted listings, to reply to you, and to understand which pages are useful. We don't sell your personal information.

Who processes it. We use third-party services to run the site: an email newsletter provider, a form provider for submissions, and a web host with privacy-friendly analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your email or a submission at any time by writing to hello@dadweekends.com.

Kids. Dad Weekends is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Please don't submit photos or personal details of kids.

Links. We link to official venue and government pages and, where marked, affiliate partners. Their sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
